When travelling, especially to a new city or one with which we are unfamiliar, going on roads we do not know, navigating through traffic or estimating travel times accurately can be a difficult and tiring task. That’s why we’ll provide you with a handy guide to the hotel and various tips on how to park your car.

Breakfast on request

We also welcome our guests when they wake up with Breakfast Service every morning from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. You can start your day in a delicious and relaxing way with our exclusive breakfast buffet with a small additional charge of 6.50 euros per person.

How to reach us

Exit the motorway at Firenze nord or Firenze sud and follow signs for viali circonvallazione- centro città, once you reach the Fortezza da Basso, take the electronic access door of Via Giuseppe Dolfi, turn first right at Via di Barbano, continue to no. 8 black-12/red arriving in front of the hotel.
CAUTION DO NOT ENTER VIA RIDOLFI BECAUSE OF THE PREFERENTIAL BUS LANE.
The hotel is located in the Limited Traffic Zone, clearance of the number plate for each access costs 1 euro and can only be done during reception hours within 2 hours of entry.

Free street parking is not available as parking spaces are paid for or reserved for residents. We recommend:
– Valet Service by Garage Imperiale at a rate of 30.00 euro for 24 hours including number plate clearance for access to the LTZ.
– Municipal underground car park la Fortezza hourly rate 1.60, 24-hour discount 20.00 euro;
– Parking Villa Costanza at the exit of the A1 motorway near Scandicci, rate 10.00 per day. The tram leaves from inside the car park and takes you comfortably to Florence’s central railway station, 600 metres from our hotel, in about 20 minutes;
– Parking in blue lines near the Fortezza da Basso and Viale Lavagnini, payment by parking meter, free of charge at night and on public holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

From the central station SMN Santa Maria Novella 600m on foot, about 15 minutes.
From Campo di Marte Station 2.5km bus no. 12/17/20.
From Rifredi Station 3km Tram T1

Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport:
Taxi daytime fixed rate 25.00 euro + baggage, time required approximately 20 minutes.
Alternatively: Tramway T2 to SMN station, cost 4.50 euros one-way, time required approximately 20 minutes.
Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport:
Train or bus from Pisa airport to SMN central station.
